WARRANTY

At NEUF, we invest significant time, energy and resources into product development. Our designers, engineers and QC staff are constantly monitoring development and production.

We strive to produce products that look amazing, make your life easier and give you peace of mind, so that you can focus on pursuing your passion for cycling. We have every confidence in our products and believe that you will too. The fact remains however, that there will be times when products need replacing. Should you have a claim under our warranty policy, please read below to ensure that your claim falls within the coverage the NEUF warranty offers.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

If a NEUF product fails to perform its intended purpose, under normal usage, due to defects in material or workmanship, the bike will be repaired or replaced at our option. Bikes that are worn from normal use or damaged due to accident, abuse, neglect or modification are not covered by the warranty. When possible, bikes not covered under warranty will be repaired at a reasonable charge. This warranty does not cover consequential damage or cost of injury incurred by the user. Frames are warranted for one year from the date of purchase. Frames for warranty consideration should be returned to the point of purchase or to NEUF Company.

Note: Warranties do not cover:

+ Abnormal use
+ Incorrect installation
+ Damage or failure caused by neglect, misuse, abuse or accident
+ Damage to products used in conjunction with NEUF products

Should you wish to pursue a claim, please contact the retailer where you bought your product, along with proof of purchase.
